Bring On the Food for 2022!
If you are one of those people who says “IT’S ALL ABOUT THE FOOD!” you will not want to miss this years’ Festival. Start planning your menu in advance right here. We are SO GRATEFUL to have the participation of these food mavens offering their delectable delights.

Barnsider BBQ
As their website explains: “With thirty one years of smokin’ and sauce slingin’ under our belt, we know low and slow. With all the time that we’ve had to learn and grow, we treat the art of barbecue with the respect it deserves.
Our sauce and meat rubs are homemade, and our meats are seasoned and cooked to perfection. Ours is some of the best BBQ north of Memphis, and we aren’t afraid to say so. But don’t take our word for it, come in and taste the sensation for yourself!” Check out their website below to learn more!

Pig Pit BBQ
As their website explains: “Since 1992, “Tex” has brought his unique style of smoking meats to the Capital Region from his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. He opened his first restaurant in Schenectady, NY (Tex’s BBQ). Soon, he moved to a larger location in Albany, NY where he remained for 6 years. Tex’s BBQ was voted the best BBQ in the area for several years in a row! In early 2000, “Pig Pit BBQ” as it’s now called, moved into a small retail location in Cohoes, NY and has since moved again to it’s current location of 787 @ Dyke Avenue in Cohoes.” Check out their website below to learn more!
